As you reflect on the past year, you could also partake in one of her gratitude exercises. This way, you’ll be able to see and hear from loved ones no matter how far away they may be. In some cases, time zones or schedules may make live video-chatting difficult. Luckily, ElliQ can also send video messages or ask you prompts so that you can record memories and then share those stories with the family and friends in your contact book.  Are you planning to spend time with family or friends this year? ElliQ can also offer fun activities for the whole group! Start by setting her up together, and then try out some of her games. In particular, trivia and our new version of tic-tac-toe could be fun for guests of all ages. Perhaps there are folks traveling to be together - so make sure to ask ElliQ for the weather to make sure there are safe driving conditions.  Another fun group activity might include some of ElliQ’s physical exercise videos. Before or after the big feast, you could host a family cardio session led by ElliQ herself!  Regardless of how you plan to spend your holiday this year, ElliQ can add to the experience.
